*Please note the entry forms and actual medals for the LGU Medals are supplied by the National Organisations. If you have not received the forms at your club please contact either the SLGA, ELGA, WLGU or ILGU directly.

If you are still unsure, please follow the following procedure:
The point should be raised with your Handicap Secretary or other representative of the Club. If the club committee cannot come to a decision regarding the dispute or doubtful point, it may refer the dispute or doubtful point to the LGU for an opinion.
An agreed statement should be referred through a duly authorised representative of the Club Committee to the LGU for an opinion as to the correctness of the decision given. The reply will be sent to this authorised representative.
