The LGU is the governing body for ladies' golf in Great Britain and Ireland.
LGU History
The LGU was founded in 1893 and is the governing body for ladies' amateur golf in Great Britain and Ireland.
Executive Council
The business of the LGU is conducted by an Executive Council made up of two ladies from each of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
LGU Staff
Whilst policy is set by the Executive Council, a team of eight staff run the business on a day to day basis.
